All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Order Accuracy & Damaged Items
If you receive an order that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the package and product received
Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Shipping Issues
Mile High Peptides is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped and tracking has been provided.
Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in cases where:
An incorrect item was sent, or
A product arrived damaged and the issue is verified
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
